A multi-part series that will have you totally inspired going into your week.
The world of design has become more relevant than ever in recent years. With interior, exterior, fashion and landscape design all being heavily focused on in almost every aspect of our daily lives, it’s tough not to start to see the world from a designer’s point of view. Caring about the aesthetics of our home, office and personal attire is socially expected, and for good reason.
Netflix new docu-series Abstract: The Art of Design spotlights several different pioneers in their respective fields of design. Our favorite episode delved into Tinker Hatfield, famed Nike shoe designer openly accepted as the reason the Jordan series has become so monumental. Other episode spotlights include Ralph Giles, Fiat Chryler’s head of design, Christoph Niemann, an influential illustrator, Bjarke Ingels, a famous architecht as well as four others.
This is a great way to learn something new about a field in which you may have little experience. It’s also a great way to inspire yourself to get the best work done this week and forever after that!
